What stood out immediately was that Erez didn’t give me the typical “come into the dealership and we’ll talk” response. Instead, he answered every question thoroughly and professionally over email, and more importantly, he provided a clear and competitive price upfront. When I arrived at the dealership, the experience continued to be positive. Erez was respectful, patient, and easy to work with. We test drove a couple of vehicles without any pressure, and he took the time to understand my situation. He also worked with me on the trade-in in a way that made the deal possible—something not all dealers are willing to do. Overall, the process was straightforward, transparent, and professional from start to finish. Most importantly, my wife is very happy with the RX350h, and I feel good about the deal we made. Luis Liriano was great. I went to the dealer with a question about a lease return and doing an inspection on a 2023 VW Tiguan. I was looking to upgrade to a nicer vehicle and left with VW Atlas. I was quite undecisive about what I wanted to do because I was also shopping around at another dealer for a BMW X3. Luis was so patient with me showed me every car I wanted to see, I changed my mind like 4 times about the color and the trim. Even when we thought I had finally chosen the Silver one, I saw the white one with the black rims in the showroom and fell in love with that color combination. To make a long story short, I left the dealer with THE car for me. Thank you, Luis.
