SAVE YOUR MONEY! Promises Made, but Not Honored! I have waited a long time to write this review, hoping Lincoln of North Miami would make things right. In 2023, Promises Made, but Not Honored! I have waited a long time to write this review, hoping Lincoln of North Miami would make things right. In 2023, I leased my Lincoln with high expectations. I specifically requested comprehensive A-to-Z coverage, including protection when returning my vehicle at the END of my lease. My salesperson assured me my concerns were addressed, and I left feeling confident. Fast-forward two years, and what a disappointment! After what I understand was a system error that negatively affected my credit score, I discovered that the warranty coverage I believed I purchased was not what I was receiving. What was originally explained to me as END-OF-LEASE coverage was later described as coverage DURING the lease! Suddenly, services I believed were included were being denied. Despite my substantial monthly payments, I paid out of pocket for an alignment and windshield wipers. When I requested a refund for warranty coverage that would not serve the purpose I purchased it for, I was told NO! Management’s solution? A cheaper monthly payment, but only if I committed to ANOTHER 36-MONTH LEASE! How does another three years of financial obligation resolve my original concerns? Ladies, PLEASE do not walk into a dealership alone without understanding exactly what you’re signing! Better yet, bring someone knowledgeable with you. This advice applies to everyone. If you aren’t familiar with leasing, warranties, and financing, you can easily find yourself financially disadvantaged when verbal explanations don’t match what is later honored. Let me be clear: I LOVE my Lincoln vehicle. My disappointment is with the dealership, the conflicting explanations, the financial arrangements, and the lack of accountability. SAVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY! In today’s economy, every dollar matters. Don’t allow a pleasant sales experience to overshadow the importance of getting every promise in writing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lincoln of North Miami. More
