My daughter went for the final of three free oil changes since it came with the purchase of the car there. At no point was she offered to have the tires rotated and now with only 22,000 miles her front tire since it came with the purchase of the car there. At no point was she offered to have the tires rotated and now with only 22,000 miles her front tires are going to need replacing. I feel that the dealership did not come through by correctly checking and offer the service to my daughter. This is poor service. More

The staff are friendly and professional always helpful. My problem is the problems that were addressed to me were probably already existing problems before I purchased the car. I purchased the car on a Saturday and Sunday the dashboard lights came on red, yellow and green. I came to dealership they kept the car overnight, I got the car back on a Wednesday and had to take it back Friday. There were a few other problems but, I guested the people that were there really didn't care because it's not there car. I'm not one to make a issue even though I should have. More
