Appt was for a recall on anti-theft system and although I apparently had 2 recalls pending...the part for the anti-theft system was out of stock. Second item that I found rather annoying was the both the vol apparently had 2 recalls pending...the part for the anti-theft system was out of stock. Second item that I found rather annoying was the both the volume and type of music being played throughout the waiting area....why bother having TVs? I think smoothing music and a decent volume would be more comforting and enjoyable. Salsa and merengue at a high volume are not soothing. I could not even hear myself think. Other than that, the employees were most helpful and conducted themselves very professionally. Oh, I also love the idea of the food truck! More

The day of the deal was a great experience. However, I purchased my car on April 3rd as part of a trade-in. It has now been one month and the dealership has not paid off my previous bank loan.
