To whom it may concern, Joshua and the sales manager (bald guy) have been great. Joshua was the not saleman who conducted the sale. The car had a bug investation on the passenger side which salesman (bald guy) have been great. Joshua was the not saleman who conducted the sale. The car had a bug investation on the passenger side which salesman must have seen. I did not see the issue until I opened the passenger door after completing the financing. Joshua took the car and it blown out. I was also charged an 1800 certification fee which other delears in South Florida do not charge. I had the car for three weeks. On the second week of ownership it was at the dealership three days. The driver's side window is making rattling noise at high speeds which the dealer cannot reproduce. The door panel may need to be removed to access the issue. The right front tire had to be balanced but there is still a issue with right side of the vehicle. It seems the rim is bent and just been moved to the rear. Also, the seems to be in an accident the front bumper has a lot paint chips There is popping/rattling noise coming from the dash sporadically. The mechanic at the dealer was unable to reporduce the error. I recorded noise for the mechanic or service advisor to review. If the car is certified these issues should have been addressed. More

False advertising, the advertised price on the internet, put down price, dealer fee $799, electronic filing fee $599 then has total price. It does not list on internet $1,895 for certification.
