Usually I have great service, but my last service there was not a great experience. I would prefer not getting lip service. Just give me the so what on the worst and best estimate when my vehicle would be was not a great experience. I would prefer not getting lip service. Just give me the so what on the worst and best estimate when my vehicle would be finished with its repair. I also did not appreciate getting an estimate of $400+ for service other than for my AC prior to diagnosing the $2900 AC repair. I felt like extra service was being sold to get me to commit and then stiff me with the higher repair after. It felt like a dirty trick to me. Beware and dont commit until you get the estimate you originally came in for. More
