Julian was very professional and knowledgeable about the GLC 300 and even added a few known tips about the vehicle. He respected my time and answered every question. There was no hidden agenda to pressure me to buy the SUV. Julian Chin followed through on every step of the process and even checked on me after I had the SUV for a few days. We've been a Subaru Outback family for decades.. so there was little other option when we needed another vehicle for our new driver. The Crosstrek provided all the safety, security and longevity that we needed - so when I told Matt I was interested in a used Crosstrek with low mileage, single owner but most importantly: GOOD SERVICE RECORDS - he quickly found a few that would work for our family. Of course, I chose one that he didn't have on the lot but he was able to quickly retrieve it for us to test out within 30 minutes. Of course it fit everything I asked for. Zero stress, Zero pressure, Zero complications. There was even a 'wild animal' demonstration in the dealership when I showed up - testament to Subaru's longstanding commitment to the environment.
