The experience with the purchase of our vehicle was great. Kofi was the first person that came out to assist us when we arrived. He was very personable and known about the vehicles. The test driv great. Kofi was the first person that came out to assist us when we arrived. He was very personable and known about the vehicles. The test drive was great and very informative. When we returned to the showroom, we met Calvin. He gave us his undivided attention even thought he continued to help other customers and sales force staff. We had planned a day of visiting 4 dealerships. It's unfortunate for three of them that we stopped here first. Though Calvin worked with us to go to one of your dealers so we could test drive one of the other three models car. We left Saturday, after information over load and hunger, with the promise to return Monday to purchase. We purchased Monday, May 11th, and we got as close to our financial limit as we could, and the vehicle we wanted. Again, a long day, but we are more fully aware of everything then I've ever been about car purchasing. Then Allen explained all the financing questions we had. Great experience all involved. We even met the Service Team and confirmed our first annual mateinance plan. Thank you all for a great experience. More
