I was very happy with my experience at Volvo Cars Silver Spring. My sales person was Hector Alvarez, who made the entire process easy from start to finish. Hector was knowledgeable about the vehicles, the accessories, and tech questions I had. He walked me through the features without overwhelming me. The paperwork and purchase process were handled smoothly, and he kept me updated at every step. What also set him apart was how he handled the end of the deal. He stayed super late to make sure everything was finished and walked me out to the car I took home. Since the service and detailing had already closed for the day, I brought the car back the next day, and Hector took care of the whole process for me, coordinating the extra work so I didn’t have to chase anyone down. Everything was done exactly as promised. Overall, I was very impressed with everyone at this dealership. The entire team was professional and friendly, and it showed in every interaction. Hector was especially helpfuI in every way and even guided me to some local places as I was not familiar with the area. If you’re shopping for a Volvo, ask for Hector.
