I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your dealership. The entire experience was absolutely unacceptable, especially for a luxury brand like Range Rover. I scheduled my service appo at your dealership. The entire experience was absolutely unacceptable, especially for a luxury brand like Range Rover. I scheduled my service appointment 10 days in advance and dropped off my vehicle at 9:30 AM. I had requested a loaner vehicle and was told that someone would contact me during the day with an update on its availability. Unfortunately, nobody contacted me. The entire day went by without a single update. At around 5 PM, I had to call your service department to ask what was happening with my vehicle and whether a loaner had been arranged. I was told that my car was still being inspected and that no loaner vehicle was available. Your manager assured me that he would try to find a loaner within an hour and call me back. However, I never received that call. My subsequent calls and messages went unanswered. By 6 PM, I was still without a vehicle, without any updates, and without any assistance. I work and depend on my car every day. I had already spent a significant amount of money on taxis throughout the day, and ultimately, I had no choice but to return to the dealership that evening and pick up my vehicle myself. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that, after keeping my car for the entire day, your service department was unable to identify the problem I originally brought it in for. I wasted an entire day, spent money on transportation, received virtually no communication, and left with exactly the same unresolved issue. What was the point of scheduling an appointment 10 days in advance if nothing was accomplished? I am honestly shocked by this level of customer service. The lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for a customer’s time is completely unacceptable. I was actually considering trading in my Range Rover Evoque for a Range Rover Sport. However, after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering that decision. I have no desire to invest in another vehicle from a brand whose dealership treats its customers this way. For a brand that positions itself as a luxury experience, this was anything but luxury. A complete waste of my time and money, with no resolution whatsoever. Extremely disappointing. More
