Great experience. - FreeLion

Great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Modern Auto to anyone looking for a car. Gianna is knowledgeable and answered every question I had. It didn't feel like a typical "Used Car Dealer" deal. I can honestly say that there wasn't a single thing that made me question their integrity.

I had gone in there this past weekend and went to look at - Matthew

I had gone in there this past weekend and went to look at the new Outback. I was met immediately as I had walked in and was shown a new Outback to test drive fairly quickly. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle as Im just beginning my search but if I do decide to go with Subaru I will definitely be purchasing from Amherst Subaru. The main reason was that I didnt feel pressured to say yes right then and there and everyone on staff was friendly.

I leased a Jeep Wrangler here last week and Andrew made - jwf03452

I leased a Jeep Wrangler here last week and Andrew made the transaction seamless by being very courteous, helpful and professional. I have done a lot of business with this dealership over the past few months because my Jeep 4xe's lease is coming to an end (and that car is a lemon with a bunch of recalls that warn you that it will can afire! can't wait to get rid of that thing!) and I have been trying to find the right car for me. I initially bought a QX60 from Jack who is also a dedicated young, detail oriented professional and he made that transaction easy. When I decided that the QX60 was not the car for me, the dealership made the process of bringing it back (at a slight financial loss) and getting the Wrangler as easy as possible. I had researched the lease programs on the Jeep.com site before going in because the terms differ greatly but they honored the prices on the Jeep website and I'm happy with the deal.

I had a great experience buying my first Audi at Audi - Chris M

I had a great experience buying my first Audi at Audi Stratham! I had the pleasure of working with Genesis and Brian, and after having years of really bad experiences with sales and service, it was truly refreshing to work with people who took the time to walk through everything with me, answer my questions, and just make me feel like I was a priority. Genesis, Brian, and the Audi Stratham team took great care of me and my car! Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone, which is more than I can say for my last two car purchases. I love my new Audi Q8!!

I found myself in a very bad financial situation but really needed a car to get to work, My credit score was horrible for a number of reasons, Mike Duval and Jeff worked for two hours to figure out a way to help, I am so g4ateful to both of them for getting me a car, When I was stressed out they provided me with the best snacks and drinks. What a true blessing, I am forever grateful for the - mikerub84

What a true blessing, I am forever grateful for the contributing efforts of Danna Mejia! She truly went above and beyond, so much was gained, and accomplished. I wanted to acknowledge and recognize as I had a truly one of a kind honorable experience. I felt that everything was under control. She listened, effectively, proactively, was able to accommodate any price concerns, and she met my budget. Very transparent and I was able to leave with my car the Very Same night!!! So efficient she Truly wowed me In more ways than one. They even managed to power wash/steam the initial carpets inside the vehicle. What a beautiful touch for this glowing experience, job well done Look no further and don’t settle for less, Danna and Jose are truly Committed to consumer satisfaction above and beyond that, the Finance manager was phenomenal. He was able to LOCK in a lower than average floor rate for a preowned car. Thanks to his very unique comprehensive approach the aftermath was a very deeply satisfied customer experience. Geoffrey Garden made a very solid effective presentation to ensure the car was being protected with essential supplemental warranty since it was a as is purchase. He definitely possesses unmatched level of expertise. Bottom line, this is the DREAM team, 10 stars all around, where dreams become reality. They truly thrive on impactful and meaningful outcomes. I can highly commend with deep satisfaction, I’m so happy I drove from Massachusetts as they truly earned my business. Job well done. Thank you!
