The service department was outstanding! I had my car towed to your dealership for service due to being stranded on the side of the highway. Within 5 or 10 minutes, I was checked in. Within another 5 to 10 minutes, I had a loaner vehicle. Five stars all around, especially Cassandra! She's probably the best service manager I've dealt with, and I've dealt with a lot over the last 25 years of Honda ownership, most of which was through Commonwealth Motors in lawrence. She responds quickly, she's an awesome communicator, never difficult to get a hold of. A rare breed in my 25 years service appointments at Honda dealers. As for Sales, i did have a good experience, but i wnded up not buying from you. While I was there, I tried buying a new car. My salesperson was outstanding. He came up with several creative ways to meet on price and close the deal. However, you did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock, so you had said that you would try to locate one for me and acquire it. The discount you offered was not very strong, and I was told that you couldn't discount it anymore, perhaps because you had to go locate one elsewhere. Anyway, I eventually did buy a new car elsewhere, and for a larger discount than what you are offering. Everyone was quite friendly, and I would visit our sales department in the future, but on this visit, the fact that you didn't have the vehicle made me pursue other options.
