Make sure you get your car inspected! - Troy Breshears

Do not trust the people there to give you a true description of the condition of the car! I bought the car sight unseen and it was not as described when it arrived!

I went to Toy Store Auto to see a used 2016 Chevy Equinox. When I arrived the car was in great shape as advertised and it rode awesome. I worked with Dave Chandler to close the deal, which was seamless. Telling all my friends to shop here and I will definitely purchase again from them. Thank you Toy Store Auto!

Do not buy your car here, they treat strangers like dirt. - billhut67

Do not buy your car here, they treat strangers like dirt. The service manager Bill Aleksa called me an xxxxxxx and threatened me with arrest for pulling into their parking lot to take a phone call and write something down. I wasn’t there for more than 5 minutes. Not nice people

Bought a Volkswagen 2013 buying was easy Pleasant plus - Dmomkids6

Bought a Volkswagen 2013 buying was easy Pleasant plus accommodating in fact, I couldn’t believe the honesty recommended several Friends and families ,But same day I bought the car issues started to appear. Reaching out to the dealer and getting the issues addressed properly, now that part hasn’t been as easy and accommodating When I addressed the issues the response I got from the dealer was (You have to understand is a used car is not perfect). I’m supposed to bring the car back to them for the day and fend for myself basically, because they don’t have rental’s says the dealer. I advise anyone who’s buying a used car from a dealership like this one, small dealerships to do their homework first!

I could not have been happier with my car buying - Trimalchio

I could not have been happier with my car buying experience through Scott at NH Cars. I live in MA and bought my dream Lexus ES350 at an incredible deal. Finding one in my desired spec/color at a reasonable price proved to be impossible within my local area. I'd gone to dealerships as far away as NJ/NY and got hit with the, 'that car just sold' or get a sales quote tacking on a $2,000 safety and reconditioning fee. Within 3 hours - I arrived at NH Cars, test drove it, agreed on the price, went to the local credit union they have a relationship with, locked in a great rate (I'd been shopping around for this as well), went back to the dealership, signed everything, took the papers Scott readied back to an RMV in MA, got my plates, drove back up to NH, returned my rental, got in my new car, and drove home. They even threw in all weather floor/trunk mats unsolicited. If you're reading this, sorry boys I had to take the tint off to pass inspection, but the whole family is loving the car and we couldn't be happier.

They had the truck we were looking for and it was a great - fredplace7

They had the truck we were looking for and it was a great price. Very easy to work with and the financing went very smoothly.

I asked about a timing chain replacement since they have - barbihodges

I asked about a timing chain replacement since they have “stacks of repair receipts”. Took a few days to answer and then replied they would go thru them and get back to me that day. Nope. Just wrote to them again about the same issue a few days ago saying I was still interested but wanted to know if the timing chain had been replaced (as it is a $3K repair), and still no response.

Not to be trusted. - M.

Not to be trusted. I had been in contact, in writing, with Lepages for over a week to confirm the day I would buy the car. I drove 45 miles to find out the Lepage had sold out the car from under me. No message or call telling me the car had already been sold, which would have saved me two hours of driving. I tried to buy the car, but Lepage decided to sell it to someone else, evidently before I arrived.

This was a pleasant experience as there was no sales - Ed M

This was a pleasant experience as there was no sales pressure. Our sales representative, Nikki, was extremely friendly and worked to find the car we were looking to buy. We purchased the car and are quite pleased with the overall experience. Nikki was a pleasure to work with.

Todd and Rebecca were amazing and so easy to work with. - mloura8

Todd and Rebecca were amazing and so easy to work with. I had a ton of questions and they answered them all. They were not pushy either which was nice. When I need a new car I will definitely be going back here.
