Set up a test drive two days in advance. Traveled an hour to get to dealership. Key for the car we wanted to test drive couldn't be found. Believed to be locked in Service Department, that had closed 15 minutes before we arrived. An interested car buyer ready to purchase shows up and no one can get the key? Identified another vehicle (with twice the mileage). Salesman claimed to have some latitude with the price, then came back and said he couldn't get permission to knock anything off the price. Further, was told that some buyers can be in and out within 10 minutes. 40 minutes later we're still waiting to complete the sale. Absolute worse car buying experience. More
