After going to 2 other Ford dealerships, with not so great experiences, we were not sure what we were going to get at Duval Ford. The third time was the charm!! Steve and Jason were both easy to work with, they both had great attitudes and personalities. Duval Ford had a great selection and we were able to get our daughter her dream car for her 18th birthday. Thank you!!

My salesperson, Carol Lancaster, worked efficiently to give me all the information I was looking for to make an informed purchase. Simply stated, she made it easy for me to buy the car. I have already recommended her to my auto insurance specialist and several others. The finance guy, Ruben, did an excellent job moving everything along to close the sale in a friendly, professional manner.
