One suggestion, When I set up online appointment someone at service dept. mentioned to call don't do online and I never had problem with Toyota dealers before. Also Service desk was talking about covid and vaccine and try to impose how good FL that you don't have to follow too much restrictions. It was bit uncomfortable. More
