I had purchased an extended warranty and after some thought I decided I wanted the Ford warranty and Tim in Finance handled it perfectly. I had some customization work done with them, which I don't think is a strong business for them. While the process wasn't as smooth as I'd like, they were with me the whole way and got inventive when parts were on backorder. In the end I'm happy and my Bronco is awesome! More
