I've been very happy that I purchased from Jarrett-Gordon Winter Haven. I live 100 miles away and frankly they just had a much better deal than anyone in the area. Dealer fees were fairly low, discount off MSRP was very good, and I feel I got a fair value for my trade. I had purchased an extended warranty and after some thought I decided I wanted the Ford warranty and Tim in Finance handled it perfectly. I had some customization work done with them, which I don't think is a strong business for them. While the process wasn't as smooth as I'd like, they were with me the whole way and got inventive when parts were on backorder. In the end I'm happy and my Bronco is awesome! More
