Damage my front bumper and hood on my RV responded

I call the General Manager from AutoNation Ford Lincoln Orange Park to discuss this issue, and I could not communicate with the GM, I still have my RV damage at today's day 09/05/2026 and I haven't heard from AutoNation insurance company and ether from the GM. Is sad that I bought this RV on Sunday and in two days AutoNation Technician damage the front bumper and all my plans have change, I have an RV and I can't go out camping with my family. AutoNation they a quick billing you for a service but no quick service when they damage your vehicle.
