They called to setup a repair for a recall, and offered to come to my home or work place to do the repairs. The tech TJ called when he was on the way, I asked him to call when he got to my work, which he d to come to my home or work place to do the repairs. I came in to check engine light and was told it was both my catalytic coverts were bad. I have no issues with the truck!!! Not running bad or have a smell at all. They tell me my extended warranty didn't co my catalytic coverts were bad. I have no issues with the truck!!! Not running bad or have a smell at all. They tell me my extended warranty didn't cover it was going to be $2,500. Said they had to order the part so I told them to order it so we can get it done. No one has called to tell the part came in or even to follow up????? Guess it wasn't that bad! I have no idea. I don’t think they are bad! More
