Hall Toyota and its employees have all been very helpful in every exchange I have had. I bought my vehicle in 2023 from Maliachi Price who was very helpful in finding me the right vehicle. Each time I have been in for service he has made it a point to come over and greet me. A year later my son needed a car and I called Maliachi, it was his day off but he came in and assisted my son in his purchase. Nothing but the best in service. Hall should be very proud of Maliachi and the outstanding service he provides his customers.

The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

I have used this dealership for over 20 years. On 9/24/2024, I bought a new, 2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, Platinum edition. As an older driver, I was very concerned with car safety features. The car I drove previously was a 2001 Toyota Sienna, with 244,000+ miles on it, and it had no modern safety features, except air bags and anti-lock brakes. My salesperson, Oleg Lukyanchikov, was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and totally trustworthy and honest. Oleg showed me several cars, designed to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. No pressure at all, from Oleg. I am very happy with my new car and with Oleg. I recommend Oleg and Ourisman Fairfax Toyota fully, without any reservation. I would buy from Oleg and Ourisman Fairfax Toyota again, no question. The process of buying the car was very smooth and the entire staff that I met with, including Sebastian, were very helpful and understanding of my needs. They really helped me. My wife had a problem with her new RAV4 leaking oil after another dealer changed the oil. We live in NC but she works in VA so I called Sheehy to have them take a look at the problem. They got her in that evening after work and replaced a improperly installed oil filter for he free of charge. Their customer service was outstanding. I'm thrilled that there is a Toyota dealer near where she works that I can trust when she is away from home.

We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.

I purchased a used car from them on 9/27/24. It was easy. They stayed open late for me to make the purchase and worked with me on the down payment. Once my insurance money came in the following Wednesday, I went to dealership directly and gave them the money. Fast forward to today 11/4/24, I am riding around on expired temporary tags because I have yet to receive the actual tags from dealership that I've been told were sent next day on Thursday 10/31. I NEED MY PLATES YESTERDAY!
