I’ve been a loyal customer of Central Kia of Plano for years, having purchased my last two vehicles here and getting all my service done as well. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. Without any prior notice, they now charge a 3% fee for using credit cards, and they failed to inform me of this until after my service was completed.
I understand that businesses need to make money, but accepting credit cards should be a basic cost of doing business, not something passed on to customers. I feel like I’m being nickeled and dimed, and I refuse to support any company that operates this way. Very disappointed in how this was handled, and I won’t be returning.
