Luis Ixcolin has been very helpful and very patient with us during the time of our visit. He stayed with us until our unit was released to us and offered help on navigating the use of the car since this is our first KIA car. This dealership made everything easy on us and we didn't have to go back and forth just to get a good deal because Lance gave us the best deal that we could get, he endorsed us to Luis Blanco to ensure that he will help us get what we needed. We will definitely come back here for our next company car. As of now, we are liking our KIA and this changed our line of cars, switching from Toyota to KIA was a good decision. They helped us saved money and still get a very good quality car. KIA K4 is a great car!

Steve Cunningham and Trey were absolutely amazing today! Trey was friendly and helped me feel less anxious as I awaited the news on the vehicle I was purchasing!!! Steve was waiting to greet me with the keys to what I was interested in right when I got there. I was so anxious to go to a dealership; my dad has always gone with me to help purchase previous vehicles, but he passed away in 2021. I cannot say enough great things about the service I received by all the gentlemen I encountered during my CPP vehicle-buying experience today! They treated me with respect, were honest about my trade-in questions, and Trey showed me how to use all the little techy-gadgets and different driving modes without making me feel judged. They did not try to upsale from what I went in and said I was interested in. I came home with a reasonable car payment and a vehicle that is safe, reliable, AND fully loaded with everything that was on my wishlist! Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

We first stopped on our way home from a trip just to checkout a particular color combination and the quick stop was so pleasant that we decided to return the next Saturday to make the purchase. Aaron Lemons had everything ready for us upon our arrival and Brad Ferris made the paperwork a breeze. I would say we were there no longer than an hour. It was by far the best and quickest experience we have ever had buying a car. We would send our friends and family, who also live over two hours away, to Granbury Kia.

Great location in Mesquite. It’s a little hard getting to due to the construction but besides that they have a very large selection of Kia vehicles to choose from. My salesman was Jerry Tonubbee (214-537-9618). He was great start to finish. He answered all of my questions and he if he wasn’t sure he got right back with me on it. I got the Kia Sorento SX Prestige and it has everything that I want on the car. Jerry went over the car with me to make sure that I understood what o was working with and the experience overall was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location

I want to thank Dillon the service advisor and Brandon who quickly analyzed my issue and repaired it on my 2016 Sorento. While travelling to Abilene from Houston for a funeral, we hit a big pothole about halfway into the trip. At first, everything seemed OK, but from time to time we would hear a strange noise up front. Turns out that the plastic air deflector/oil pan guard had been damaged and was hanging down. That guard would hit the road when the car dipped from time to time. Brandon got right under the front of car and secured the guard so it would not drag anymore. The whole visit took less than 20 minutes which really meant a lot when you're from out of town attending a funeral. THANK YOU Brandon and Dillon!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Central Kia of Plano for years, having purchased my last two vehicles here and getting all my service done as well. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. Without any prior notice, they now charge a 3% fee for using credit cards, and they failed to inform me of this until after my service was completed. I understand that businesses need to make money, but accepting credit cards should be a basic cost of doing business, not something passed on to customers. I feel like I’m being nickeled and dimed, and I refuse to support any company that operates this way. Very disappointed in how this was handled, and I won’t be returning.

I got a call around 4:15 saying it would be another 20-30 minutes. I show up at 4:45 and my car is still not ready. So, no wash or vacuum service done as promised.
