My experience with this dealership was disappointing. During the sales process, promises were made that ultimately were not fulfilled. We were told that all-weather floor mats would be provided with the vehicle, but more than three weeks later, we still have not received them or been given a clear update. Communication has been extremely frustrating. Alexandra rarely responds to messages, and General Manager Frank repeatedly states that the mats will be ordered but has yet to provide any confirmation or follow-through. Each time I reach out, I receive the same response that they “will get them ordered,” but nothing seems to happen afterward. When I inquired about the delay, I was told the mats might be backordered. However, the parts department informed me that they were not backordered, which only added to the confusion and lack of transparency. The vehicle purchase itself went smoothly, but the customer service after the sale has been disappointing. Once the deal was completed, it felt like our concerns were no longer a priority. Based on this experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
