68 Texas Kia Dealers

I'm a single mom and went to the Kia dealership on my own - CoCo H

I'm a single mom and went to the Kia dealership on my own to purchase a car, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I bought my car on April 7th. By the next evening (April 8th), I realized the AC didn’t blow cold air unless I was driving. The dealership was closed, so I returned first thing on April 9th and spoke with C, the salesperson who sold me the car. He got with the mechanic the next day and told me to make an appointment. They kept my car from that appointment until April 23rd, trying to fix the AC. When I got it back, the issue still wasn’t fixed. I returned on April 24th, and even though B initially gave me pushback, they agreed to look at it again. Keep in mind—I had barely driven the car at all, only to and from the dealership. On May 7th, I finally got the car back. Then on May 11th, the dashboard lights came on. I brought it in again, and they told me, “We’re a Kia dealership. We don’t know how to work on Hondas.” They told me I’d have to take it to a Honda dealership and pay out of pocket—after I already paid a $7,000 down payment on a $22,000 car. I don’t know much about cars or mileage. I trusted the dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle and to thoroughly inspect it. But now I’m stuck with car issues immediately after purchase and expected to cover repairs. I do have a warranty, but I still have to pay a deposit to use it—on top of everything I’ve already paid. The economy is hard right now. I’m a single mom. I can’t afford these surprise issues and repairs after barely driving the car. And to be told “oh well” is beyond upsetting. Honestly, this feels unethical. It’s like they didn’t even properly inspect the car before selling it. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I want accountability

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! - srichmill

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!

We bought a KIA in Tulsa. - Kylan Martin

We bought a KIA in Tulsa. Took a vacation to San Antonio and our transmission went out after ONLY 32,000 miles. The Tulsa dealership said it didnt break down in their jurisdiction so we had to go through San Antonio KIA. They gave us the 800-333- whatever number and we have been on hold 4 different times for 30 minutes, just to get answered by someone with a messed up headset so... This brand of car is ridiculous. I will never purchase a KIA again.

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test - Laz

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. If you’re looking for a new or used Volkswagen and want a smooth, honest, and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend checking out Rockwall County Volkswagen and be sure to ask for Laporsha, Azhar, Drew or Sam, they were all amazing to work with.
