When I finally had to contact the director, he promised me half my deductible back, $125. When I received my car, I was charged the entire deductible. Next, after driving my car, I realized the AC wasn't even getting cold on lowest possible setting. So I brought the car back to get AC fixed, again. After 2 days, I was called to pick up my repaired car. While driving my new car back to work, I noticed weird sounds and smells coming from my car and a loss of power. I got to work and opened the hood. The drive belt was missing pieces, had large cuts, flat spots with rubber scalped off, and had flaps hanging off, running through the pulleys. Oil exploded all under the hood. My car had to be taken away by a wrecker. Not even 10 miles down the road after my repair. Now, all I asked for is some written assurance on my parts affected by the oil explosion and my total deductible back $250. Mr. Director, however, says the drive belt damage and the repair involving removal of said drive belt is just a coincidence. He said it "just came apart" less than 10 miles from the dealership that just handed me the keys 20 minutes before. He obviously thinks I'm an idiot for suggesting that either they damaged my belt while removing it and putting it back on, or they knowingly put a bad belt back on my car, or Kia belts "just come apart" on 3 year old vehicles which says wonders about the car quality of Kia. I have several pictures of the homicide crime scene under my hood, less than 10 miles down the road from the dealership. My next call is going to be to the BBB and my lawyer I keep on retainer. I leased a new vehicle from this dealership and was told they would take care of returning my Honda lease as part of the deal. After I signed the paperwork and made my payment, I was later told I would have they would take care of returning my Honda lease as part of the deal. After I signed the paperwork and made my payment, I was later told I would have to handle the Honda return myself. That was frustrating and not what was represented during the sale. To their credit, after I pushed back, they did ultimately take the vehicle back without any issue. I just wish the communication and expectations had been clear from the beginning. The experience caused unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting purchase. More
I've had many dealings with the service department and will say they have worked hard for me to get the work done on time and explained everything that I needed to do to maintain the warranty. They worked beyond the call of duty to get my repairs completed. Frank Tadora was attentive and kept me informed of all progress. I felt comfortable in all my dealings with them and felt they were very honest. I'd highly recommend them for any service. More

We stopped in to meet D and had a pretty disappointing experience. Although D is very nice, he kept trying to get us to sign different commitment forms before we had even seen all the numbers and fees. We experience. Although D is very nice, he kept trying to get us to sign different commitment forms before we had even seen all the numbers and fees. We felt high pressured and asking my young daughter to commit by signing was unlike any other treatment at other dealers. Not sure how making potential customers feel so uncomfortable in buying process will work out for your business long term. Our favorite dealers were Acura Park Place Plano (Brock), Acura Dallas (Courtney), Lexus Park Place (Cameron), and Toy Plano (Luke). We have purchased 3 cars in the last 3 months… More
My car had an engine knock but I had warranty so I took it in because they told me they would replace the engine. I received the car back a week later but realized my passenger side mirror was not folding it in because they told me they would replace the engine. I received the car back a week later but realized my passenger side mirror was not folding automatically. It is supposed to fold and unfold when the car is locked and unlocked. I told the dealership this was functioning properly when I dropped the car off with them but they told me nothing happened at the dealership for it to break. I thought it was the car wash that hit the mirror, forcefully folded it, and the guy driving the car pressed the button to fold the mirrors to unfold it but since the driver side was still open, the car thought it needed to fold the mirrors, and grinded the gears in the passenger side trying to fold the mirror when it was already folded. I explained this to the service director, Scott Thompson and he told me their car wash does not fold the mirrors on cars. I asked if they can just replace my mirror with a used one but he told me then it wouldn't be guaranteed to work, which makes sense if you get one from a junkyard but you could buy a perfectly working used side mirror or a non OEM one online for less than a hundred dollars. He also told me they have to take the whole door apart to replace it but I looked it up and it is a 5 minute job. He then went on to tell me that if it is that easy that I should buy the side mirror myself and replace it myself and hung up on me. More

We drove from Kansas to purchase out vehicle because the savings made the trip well worth it. The phone interactions started off well, got on shaky ground, but ended well. There was some miscommunication o savings made the trip well worth it. The phone interactions started off well, got on shaky ground, but ended well. There was some miscommunication of company policies that caused initial issues, but the general sales manager, Wes, stepped in and helped to alleviate the problem. Octavia, our salesman, was kind and personable. He did his best to take care of us when we arrived after a 6hr drive. Our finance, Mazen, was great. He explained everything well and answered every question. I feel the company did a great job going above and beyond to help us secure the vehicle we wanted. They also followed up with us the next day to make sure we’d arrived back to Kansas safely and that everything was great. I appreciate their work for us. More
