I have worked with Austin twice now and he has definitely been a major reason I came back to Gay Kia, he had me work with Pat Smith who was amazing, his knowledge of the vehicles and his patience were outstanding. He answered every question we had and was very helpful in explaining the entire process to help understand what steps were being taken and how things worked especially with explaining how the vehicle worked plus every safety feature and even going as far as helping us set up the KIA APP. Gerardo our finance guy was great as well, he took the time to explain everything and the details between every option they offered. Will definitely come back More
