He answered every question we had and was very helpful in explaining the entire process to help understand what steps were being taken and how things worked especially with explaining how the vehicle worked plus every safety feature and even going as far as helping us set up the KIA APP. Salesman was nice and informative about the car. Dealer add-ons they tacked on at end of sale were high compared to other Kia dealers though. Did not appreciate that surprise or that I was not told Dealer add-ons they tacked on at end of sale were high compared to other Kia dealers though. Did not appreciate that surprise or that I was not told about them till after I agreed to buy the car for the price I was initially told it would cost. Finance person I dealt with got upset I wouldn't buy the highest level maintenance pkg which soured the experience for me after I dealt with the higher dealer add-ons. Not terrible but not great either. I went here because I had a very good experience at Gay GMC in the past. More
