Dealership was awesome. John was great and Bob was great as well. However, I wasted a half a day and still don’t have my antitheft recall complete. I scheduled the two r John was great and Bob was great as well. However, I wasted a half a day and still don’t have my antitheft recall complete. I scheduled the two repairs weeks in advance. Only to be told the part had to be ordered. John politely told me Kia required an inspection prior to ordering the parts and to make sure they ordered the correct part. Really!!!! Kia knows EVERYTHING about that car with the vin#. I wish I was told this up front before scheduling the repairs. I am now waiting for the part to be ordered just to have to take more time off work to get the last anti theft recall complete. In the future customers need to be told upfront that the parts need to be ordered. Especially when I just had another car a ( Hyundai) made by the same folks repaired at another dealership the SAME day. No needing to wait to order the parts. More

My Telluride needed 2 recalls. One was a software update and the second was a side molding replacement. The software was complete but the molding is on backorder. What I was impressed was that they performed a complete examination of my vehicle, identifying items that needed attention, such as wiper blades, air filters, etc. Inaddition they washed my car which not every dealership does.
