After reviewing the diagnosis of the vehicle repairs needed, for my 2014 Kia Optima LX I later discovered how overcharged I paid for 2 recent visits to the dealership for repairs and I felt totally take needed, for my 2014 Kia Optima LX I later discovered how overcharged I paid for 2 recent visits to the dealership for repairs and I felt totally taken advantage of by allowing the dealership to make the repairs I approved, after receiving my vehicle back with the repairs made and remaining diagnosis, I immediately took my vehicle to a local mechanic near me to get a quote along with the dealership’s diagnosis report and was totally disgusted with the difference in cost and labor again I felt totally violated and dumb struck. I will not return or recommend anyone to any Kia dealerships due to this type of behavior and price gouging on customers especially in today’s economy. I spent over $4k between 2 Kia dealerships before I learned such a hard expensive lesson in which these deal ships don’t care about customers. More
