It was thanks to Allan Pena that prompted me to provide 4 stars on my review. The one real problem with the service department is the pricing. Even with coupons, it is still an expensive experience. There were other issues that the car is having that I could not afford to have dealt with at Autonation. I may eventually end up trading the car in. Not sure if I will be doing that at Autonation.
