Sometimes in life, timing is everything. I actually met up with Bernado in the dealership’s men’s room. He greeted me first. Then outside, I explained to him that we would like to trade in our 2022 MDX with a 2026 one. One of the keys features is definitely the touch screen console feature and Google. -Bernardo was patient with me, but firm, insisting that I must adjust seat, mirrors, seat belts before taking the car for a test drive. -He explained to me of the car features. -Of course, more importantly Bernardo was able to give the car to us at the price we wanted, lol. -He was knowledgeable by helping me with contacting and interacting with our car insurance needs on the phone. -Bernardo is an older guy. He has experience. He acted as a fatherly figure to me, guiding me through the whole process. Overall, it was a very good experience. Dennis

This has been one of the best car purchasing experiences I’ve had. Shelby Ruffo was outstanding. She made the entire process feel effortless and exceeded my expectations in terms of service. One example is that she was the one that helped me coordinate with my insurance company the addition of my new car to my existing policy. Also, she answered all of my questions and made sure I took a look of some of the alternatives I initially was interested in before I made a final decision. I also want to shout out Devin as he helped me set up my car. Even though this is a recently launched new X5 model, Devin knew how to navigate the car and helped me tailor my preferences and taught me how to do it later myself. He was also excellent. Thank you both for a great experience and great service.

Farrah in finance drew it out on paper for me, showed what a different term did to the total, and let me pick instead of just picking for me.
