The dealership was clean and neat. Associates were respectable and polite. But the biggest difference was Cecil, the GM. Im 69 , have been in many many dealerships from Minnesota, Vir Associates were respectable and polite. But the biggest difference was Cecil, the GM. Im 69 , have been in many many dealerships from Minnesota, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, but have never ran into a GM with as much class as Cecil. He was easy to work with, he held his word and concern for my vehicle when having a shipping issue. He even went as far as updating me on Sunday as to status when the dealership wasn't open. I wish he was closer to us than 6 hours away. Top rating for me! More
