Everyone was courteous and never felt any pressure. I was able to negotiate the price prior to coming in and my rep Tom Terrill kept me informed via email as I waited to take delivery. I recently purchased a brand new x5 from this dealership. Tom was my sales advisor and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. We went over everything I was looking for and concluded that building it was the best choice for me. He walked me through the whole process and did a great job of keeping me in the loop on updates. Cathy handled the finance portion of the sale and she was incredible to work with as well. Between her and Tom, I was able to negotiate a great deal. Once it came and it was time to take delivery, they made it feel so special for me. I'll never forget it. It's been almost a week since I've been in my new car and I couldn't be happier. It's absolutely perfect for me. After having some negative experiences with car dealerships in the past, it's nice to find one that leaves me feeling good about my purchase. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. More
