Sometimes in life, timing is everything. I actually met up with Bernado in the dealership’s men’s room. He greeted me first. One of the keys features is definitely the touch screen console feature and Google. -Bernardo was patient with me, but firm, insisting that I must adjust seat, mirrors, seat belts before taking the car for a test drive. -He explained to me of the car features. -Of course, more importantly Bernardo was able to give the car to us at the price we wanted, lol. -He was knowledgeable by helping me with contacting and interacting with our car insurance needs on the phone. -Bernardo is an older guy. He has experience. He acted as a fatherly figure to me, guiding me through the whole process. Overall, it was a very good experience. Dennis More
