I had the best car buying experience at Lexus of Melbourne two days ago (12/2/2024). I felt welcome with courteous service and no pressure by the Internet Director Shaun Bozorg who handled everything and stood by me from beginning to the end. I would highly recommend this dealership for all around customer service and support. I had to go back the next day to complete some unfinished transactions and my initial positive experience was reenforced and confirmed. Thank you Shaun and thank you Lexus of Melbourne. Awesome experience! Franceoa was excellent. He took the time to thoroughly understand what I was looking for in a new automobile and showed me the perfect vehicle! I explained that this was my second stop and wanted to look at other options. No problem. He had those others options on his lot - pre-owned. This gave me the opportunity to test other drives. Came back to Lexus RX 350 and have loved every minute. I felt I got a fair deal on my trade and on financing.

This was the best car purchasing experience that I have had, and at 74, I have had many. Larry Vasco went over the features of the car and explained the most important controls prior to our test drive and then helped me with the many features on purchasing the car. Larry also made sure that I was connected with our AAA insurance agent to obtain insurance before leaving the lot. The actual financial purchase was the fastest I have ever experienced. The hospitality was also excellent. Five stars well deserved.

Great dealership. We purchased our 2018 Lexus RX350 from another great dealership, but since our warranty expired, we decided to take it to Scanlon because it is close by. Our service advisor was Glen Conway. I can’t say enough good things about this man. He went above and beyond for a guy with an older vehicle that wasn’t purchased at Scanlon. Glen is a perfect example of exemplary service with a friendly and inviting personality. We will now go to Scanlon for all our service and possibly a newer vehicle when needed. Give this man a raise. He’s worth it.
