Service rep Sebastian Camacho is consistently displaying the best skills in Customer Service. He is the only reason I’m still doing the service of my car at this dealer. However, I’m seeing as a customer so the best skills in Customer Service. He is the only reason I’m still doing the service of my car at this dealer. However, I’m seeing as a customer some changes at the dealer and not for good: 1) Any repair done to my car needs to be returned to the dealer twice or three times to be properly done and car fixed. 2) Service rep Sebastian had to wash my car by himself in the last three visits for service. The car was given to him in such a condition that it was never washer. 3) Details in the service are gone: missing parts, sticker indicating the next maintenance due date/milage. This dealer was not like this when I moved from the North Miami one. Me as a customer, I’m feeling some changes and not for good even when my Service guy Sebastian is buffering them for the best service experience as possible.
