It was very unfortunate. I tried to buy a Lexus ES model and they would not make a deal and that was me giving them 8K for a down payment. They did the normal dealer play of wasting peoples time therefore , I went and bought a 64K dollar truck. If you think I am just saying this to say it , I still have my trucks MSRP. I just remember the sales associate but I would have gave everyone involved a 1 star due to the fact that I was giving a down payment of 8K and they blew me away. More

I went for an oil change and told them I did not want my car run thru the car wash. The ran it thru the car was against my wishes and scratched my paint. I took it back for them to buff out the scratches an car run thru the car wash. The ran it thru the car was against my wishes and scratched my paint. I took it back for them to buff out the scratches and when trying to get an update from my advisor, my calls were ignored and never returned. I got a text right before the service center closed that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up, my advisor dropped off the paperwork at the cashier and ran out the side door. I got my vehicle back and there was little dents in my steering wheel and my door handle was scratched. You could see the plastic under the paint. The manager was already gone for the day and I was told he would reach out on Monday. Monday came and he didn’t call me, so I called him and left a message. No call back. Tuesday I called again. Front desk said he would call me in about 30-40 min. He called hours later right before service closed and I missed the call. When I called back, he was gone for the day. I have yet to hear from someone regarding the damages to my vehicle and how they plan to fix. More
