Sal, the sales manager, worked with me and helped put together an amazing deal on my new 2026 Lexus RX 350. Moez in finance was also excellent—he explained everything clearly, made the paperwork easy, and made sure everything was taken care of. The whole team treated me with respect and made me feel like they genuinely wanted to earn my business instead of just making a sale. I’m extremely happy with both the deal and my new RX 350. Sales associate and sales manager lead me to believe tgey were giving me an amazing deal on my lexus trade in when they offered me the lowest price and listed my vehicle for sale for$6,000 more than they gav were giving me an amazing deal on my lexus trade in when they offered me the lowest price and listed my vehicle for sale for$6,000 more than they gave me with my trade in. After I showed them a higher offer from carvana and Carmax they mislead me and convinced me the quote I received online is not the actual amount I will receive. We bought 2 vehicles at the same time from the agent and his manager and we dud not get the best deal as they led us to believe. In my experience this was a very dishonest experience from this dealership. More
