Keep in mine this vehicle was pickup 3 time cost me $185 per tow back to Lexus of Jacksonville and claim it was fixed. The vehicle never made to my house which is 3.4 miles from Lexus of Jacksonville and had to tow back dealership. I was told by Lexus of Jacksonville it would cost $3,600.00 to fix vehicle but was not sure that would fix the problem. I paid $788.00 for transport to Pembroke Pine Lexus in South Florida. The dealership call me the 1st day of arrived got vehicle in shop next day. After 3 to 4 hour of vehicle in shop received call of what the problem. Keep in mine this is Certified Lexus that only item was change on vehicle since purchased is 1 new set Goodyear Eagle F1 . New rear brake pad done at same Goodyear install tire. One cold air filter. Battery and wiper replacement by Lexus of Jacksonville But Lexus of Jacksonville claim i made other changes on vehicle because the high pressure fuel pump was after market that cost $1,800.00. After Pembroke Pine Lexus inspected the car they stated there no after market parts on the engine. But the true problem with vehicle is damage to wiring harness when Lexus Jacksonville change parts and damage the connect point. The vehicle ECM or PCM could not communication and tell what was wrong with vehicle. The vehicle would go into lim mode to protect vehicle. So Lexus of Jacksonville just was going to start changing part with hoping it would fix the problem. But Lexus of Jacksonville cause a big problem when they install the 1st set parts. Pembroke Pine Lexus dealership was so nice they arrange for pickup service the night i flew in and the next moring pickup service to come get my car. Pembroke Pine Lexus had the Tech that work on car do a test drive with me and everything was perfect.
