The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

Overall, my experience with this dealership was above average, despite a few frustrating aspects of the buying process. Jordi, my salesperson, was helpful, professional, and straightforward throughout the experience. He answered my questions, provided clarification when I asked, and treated me with respect. My biggest concern was the dealership's sales practices. Even after I clearly declined certain add-on products and services, they continued trying to include them. I found this frustrating and felt that my decisions as a customer were not fully respected. Once I said no, I expected that decision to be accepted without continued pressure. In general, I'm not a fan of the traditional dealership experience because it often feels like profit is prioritized over the customer's best interests. That said, compared with many dealerships I've encountered, this one was more professional than most. As a woman, I pay close attention to whether I'm treated with respect and taken seriously during the car-buying process. I made it clear from the beginning that I would not tolerate sexism or racism and would leave if I experienced either. Fortunately, that was never an issue. Jordi treated me professionally and respectfully throughout our interactions, and I appreciated that.

This is my second Honda Accord in 4 months. My last one was totaled. I decided to buy the EXL this time and love it even more. The electric seat adjustment capability and 2 driver seat settings is nice to have. I like the way the seat moves back slightly from the steering wheel when exiting the vehicle to allow more room.
