We had an outstanding experience at Porsche Westlake! - Rich Couch

We had an outstanding experience at Porsche Westlake! Helen, our salesperson, Nareh in finance, and Seth, the manager, all did a fantastic job and made the purchase feel special. Helen took the time to explain everything to my wife and made sure she felt comfortable and confident with her decision. My wife absolutely loved Helen’s attitude, warmth, and enthusiasm. Nareh went above and beyond explaining the financial side, answering our questions, and making everything easy to understand. We also really enjoyed working with Seth, who helped make the entire experience a pleasure. The culture at this dealership is awesome. We felt like family, and Helen and Nareh were a huge part of creating that feeling. It’s the people who make an experience memorable, and this team certainly did. My wife loves her 2026 Cayenne! Thank you, Helen, Nareh, Seth, and the Porsche Westlake team, for helping her get her dream car. We couldn’t be happier!

The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able - Sorin

The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

My experience at Mckenna Audi was more than I expected! - gjoker65

My experience at Mckenna Audi was more than I expected!!! I went to look (seriously just look) and met with Lukas he was beyond amazing! He then had me work with Dalius the GM (yes, the GM actually found time to work with me) this was a first for me! he was fantastic, Fair, Honest, Helpful I could go on but you get the point. He is the first car dealer that didn't try to hose me and gave me a fair deal on my trade in!! Because of this I got down to business and bought my first Audi! I didn't know I wanted to do this that day. I had no plans to purchase until Dalius said something profoundly true and it made sense to me. The best part was the guy was just being honest I could tell. He said I believe you have grown out of your current car that's why you are here. He said if you're not ready yet no hard feelings, but this is a good deal, and you will love the car, He was right every day I love it more and thank Lukas and Dalius daily lol. I'm serious when I say this I have purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime, this was hands down my all-time favorite purchase. When and if I need another car, I'm going to Mckenna Audi and ask him to get it for me whether its and Audi or not. One more thing I even received a real letter from the owner Danny Mckenna mentioning my actual car because he loves them too!!! Thanks again Mckenna Audi (customer for life) Greg Bowser

I love my Cayenne so much and Jason makes it an - Jen T

I love my Cayenne so much and Jason makes it an exceptional experience to have my Porsche cared for so I’ll have her for many more years. Jason’s level of customer service is beyond anything one could train or teach. He’s knowledgeable, professional, kind, helpful, friendly, and caring. You have a luxury car and you expect luxury service and Jason goes beyond one’s expectations. I cannot say enough good things about him and I’m so grateful for him. Plus the Porsche dealership is so beautiful and inviting, I love popping in for oil changes and such because I get to see all the new fancy cars in the Showroom. Thank you Jason, you broke the mold and because of my gorgeous car and your excellent customer service, I am a Porsche girl forever. Thank you Jason!!

Oscar Linares paid close attention to my specific needs - Maria L

Oscar Linares paid close attention to my specific needs and made sure I got the best deal possible. Sierra Honda even provided a side-by-side comparison of the lease offer from another dealership. Not only did they match the offer, but they made it even better! The best part is that all taxes are included in the monthly lease payment, so there are no surprises. I truly appreciate their transparency, effort, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Oscar Linares and Sierra Honda to anyone looking for a great car lease deal!
