Great customer service experience! We contacted the dealership to inquire about the availability of their used cars before visiting. Upon arrival, Philip had the cars we were interested in lined up in the parking lot and ready for a test drive. An issue we’ve come across a lot in dealerships is that we feel a lot of pressure — Philip was not that kind of guy. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, from our initial phone call to selling us our car. He is an incredibly patient and warm person. He stayed significantly past business hours to ensure we were satisfied with the deal and the car. Despite the late hour and working over time, he did not make us feel rushed and assured we were completely comfortable. In addition, while we were met with some complications during the financing process, they were resolved quickly by Christiano. Christiano also assisted us at a late hour and remained patient throughout the entire process, as it had taken longer than expected. Despite this, he put a lot of time and effort into assuring we were completely satisfied leaving the dealership. A HUGE shoutout to both Philip and Christiano for the amazing customer service and especially the patience they had in working past business hours. Ten stars! More
