I always make an appointment for servicing. I drive from out of town. It’s not right that you take walk ins and appointments, but still take them in the order everyone gets there. All I had done was an oil change and was there 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was at 10:30, I got there at 10:20. I left there at 1:00. I bought a maintenance plan when I bought my car, Otherwards I wouldn’t even go there anymore. There were so many people in the waiting room, all the seats were taken and I’m on crutches after a knee surgery. If you aren’t going to honor appointment times, stop letting us make them. At least then we won’t expect to be seen in a timely manner! More

Brought car in late afternoon and was told it would likely be ready by noon the next day, it wasn't and no one called or update me. I purchased a new 2016 CX9 signature and then 7 years later a new 2023 CX50 meridian edition. I've always used Elk Grove Mazda for ALL my cars needs, including OEM parts like windshield wipers, etc.... I also came back to Elk Grove Mazda because of the amazing service experience I've received but over the past 2-3 years, that had changed and I've heard the ownership has changed and can only assume that's why my customer service experience has declined.
