I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Eric! I had been to several other dealerships while trying to decide what I wanted, and my experience with Eric was completely different in the best Eric! I had been to several other dealerships while trying to decide what I wanted, and my experience with Eric was completely different in the best possible way. He stayed late TWO nights in a row helping me, answering all of my questions, and being incredibly patient while I went back and forth trying to make up my mind. I was definitely indecisive, but not once did Eric make me feel rushed, pressured, or like I was wasting his time. He never tried to push me into a vehicle just to make a sale. He was so accommodating and genuinely nice. He made sure I was comfortable, got me a soda, answered every question I had, and most importantly, never made me feel stupid for asking questions or changing my mind. Talking to him honestly felt more like talking to a family member than a salesperson. After the experiences I had at other dealerships, I really appreciated the way Eric treated me. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and easy, and I ended up leaving very happy with my purchase.
