I was a returning customer to Nissan of Elk Grove because I previously had a good experience and wanted to come back when my family needed a bigger vehicle. Unfortunately, this time my experience was very disappointing. While trying to negotiate a fair price and discuss financing options, we were treated poorly by the finance manager. Instead of feeling like valued returning customers, we were told that we were “wasting his time.” That comment was extremely disrespectful and made us feel like our questions and concerns were not important. Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, especially when purchasing a family car. Customers deserve patience, respect, and transparency throughout the process. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the way customers are treated can determine whether they return or recommend the dealership to others. I appreciate the sales staff who assisted us, but the experience with the finance department was enough to make us reconsider doing business here again. More
