I left a dealership next door. It was nice to not have salesman rushing at me outsde the building. I walked in and immediately was welcomed by the receptionist. Immediately approached by a sales person, Mr. Ho, whom was very friendly and welcoming. Started asking me questions about what brings me in and how can he help me. This person didn't play games with me as many car salesman do from my experience. I shared I was looking for a reliable car with low miles. I wasn't looking for a new car. Answered by questions. Didn't rush me. Very helpful in my process of looking at cars and purchasing a car. I was looking towards one but upon return the next day I was presented with a different car he pulled from stock. He presented me with the carfax report. It was an accepting report. I loved the one ownership and low miles. It was a very nice car. Please note I dont get excited about cars or of having a car payment again. This person took my anxiety and started to help me to be comfortable and relaxed. I enjoyed working with him. Communication was great. It was as if I've known him for months even though I had just met him. So easy to talk with. Not machanical at all. While I stepped away to think about things and to process the information they offered various snacks and great coffee options. I love coffee. This was so wonderful. The experience in the signing office was good. Very nice person and easy to talk to as well. I felt alittle rushed as I had questions for warranties and other options added to paperwork prior to discussing but my questions were answered fully and with ease. My apologies for not remembering the name of whom helped me. Before leaving with my new car Mr. Ho even put a bow on the car and took my picture. I wasn't expecting that which made me become excited about the purchase. He made the whole experience wonderful for me. A Mr. Boyd approached me and introduced himself. He congratulated me and checked in on my experience. Asked if I had any questions and if there was anything I needed while I was waiting. Thanked me for coming in. This was nice as well. Everyone was very freindly. I could tell they all have the experience and enjoy their jobs.Thank you. More
