We arrived at Elk Grove Nissan to test drive a 2026 Nissan Rogue. We were greeted by Caleb who was friendly and understanding when we told him we just wanted to test drive. We’ve been researching and t Nissan Rogue. We were greeted by Caleb who was friendly and understanding when we told him we just wanted to test drive. We’ve been researching and test driving multiple cars and we were in no hurry to make a purchase. We drove a ‘26 Dark Armour and loved the drive. When we returned, I wanted to take a look at a beautiful Rogue Platinum. Caleb went to get a key and that is when Khanh came out to greet us. After we joked about him being “the reinforcements”, I told Khanh that we didn’t need to make a purchase but I would consider one if the deal was good enough. We agreed to go inside and work on making a deal. Working with Khanh was like making a new friend. We actually had fun, no stress, just laughs while working on huge financial commitment. Once we had the deal we wanted, we met Hesam in the finance department. Again, the process was simple and easy with no high pressure sales tactics for add-ons. In the end, we went home with a beautiful 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum AWD. Caleb, Khanh and Hesam made the process enjoyable and well worth our visit to Elk Grove Nissan!!! More

Hello, id like to thank Carlos and caleb for the help and great experience at Nissan. We came in looking to trade in our vehicle in, and left the dealership happy with a 2024 Nissan Ariya. Both gentlemen wer great experience at Nissan. We came in looking to trade in our vehicle in, and left the dealership happy with a 2024 Nissan Ariya.
