We purchased a used vehicle in February 2026. We informed the dealership that we are out of state buyers and we’re sure that this would not be an issue. We purchased a used car and we were told we would need to wait 6-8 weeks to have the registration complete. we began getting nervous around week nine. We contacted the dealer numerous times and were dealt with with a professional and courteous. I really don’t know what’s going on answer. We never heard back from the registration company they used to help. On June 24, as we are driving into Carson City Nevada to register the veal on our own we got a call from one of the managers saying we just found out we can’t register your vehicle. We would like to refund the registration amount to you. This had already been done two weeks before. It is here that you begin to become very aware of their lack of communication between departments. The person who contacted was very apologetic and couldn’t be more sad about our situation. He understood we are on our own and was not happy that we had to take care of this ourselves. So bottom line don’t be hesitate to purchase from the Porsche dealership in Sacramento if you live in the California area. If you’re out of state and see a car you like our advice would be to run to the hills. More

The dealership has outstanding sales and service personnel. The staff goes above and beyond to be sure you are comfortable while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Louie kept me up to date throughout the day on the status of my vehicle service. The dealership would have gotten 5 stars but when scheduling the appointment, the scheduler said a courtesy vehicle would not be available until a specific date which I agreed to take that date as the service would be all day and possibly into the next day. when I arrived, i was advised that no courtesy vehicle was available so I sat in the lounge most of the day. I live 2 hours away from the dealership. Fortunately the service was completed by end of day. More
