My disabled vehicle was towed in for an "Electrical

Also, the added three day delivery time for a needed part, coming from the Florida parts center, was unacceptable.
I was given an equitable vehicle for a loaner, and that was nice. But having to leave my vehicle on the lot for roughly two weeks, in the sun, was bothersome.
The vehicle was released to me washed, but the windows had a dirty film on the outside, and the interior was full of dust -- most noticeable on the dash and the displays. I was told the vehicle would be left in the service tunnel the night before my pickup on Saturday, but when I got there in the morning it was parked outside.

All staff I dealt with--service adviser, vehicle loan manager, pickup clerk--were outstanding. In all cases I was treated professionally and with noteworthy respect.
Arguably, the time taken for diagnostics and parts gathering was longer than necessary. In all fairness though, my advisor was always diligent in keeping me informed each step of the way; and was cooperative in relaying my concerns when voiced.
All work done was covered under warranty--as it should be in this case. Also worth mentioning, the complementary vehicle loaned to us was quite helpful in minimizing disruption to us.
Always attentive and flexible.
