I walked in dressed down, after I saw a car online I was very interested in, I test drove this beauty and bought it fast because of the great deal they gave me! Esteban was amazing in Finance and Nick in sales fantastic! The service team are highly advanced in their knowledge, kind, fun and caring! Esteban took such good care of me and was so generous with my wood panel on my car that had cracks, they put a new one in on the dealership! They also have given me a beautiful key chain, pen set and mug, and invited me to the most amazing fun F1 party with awesome people there, a raffle and we all won something and exceptional food with dessert while we visited and watched the Miami Grand Prix! This dealership is over the top when it comes to customer service and care! I am stunned! I will never buy a lexus again after driving a mercedes and the way I have been treated, HUGE difference! In 2026, I recently went back and was interested in a car and everything from start to finish was perfect. I drove all the way down from Los Angeles to work with them. They are honest, they care about your experience, and they deliver on their promises. I would like to give a special shoutout to Renee who worked with us to get us the right deal on Valentine’s Day. I also want to shout out Scott for helping get this deal across the finish line. Thomas and Jericho were also fantastic in their help and support. I would never consider going to another dealership. Dealership was excellent with this purchase. I bought a 2002 Porsche Boxster with just over 21k miles from them. Appreciate they put new tires, battery, oil change, etc. to get it ready. Had been watching the price drop too until it finally fit my budget right before I had to leave town for a week. I received a fair price for my trade too. Anyway the Porsche drove great on the test drive and on the 3 hour drive home. I took it for a drive to the Post Office after being out of town for a week whereupon the dreaded check engine light came on. This was after the 5 day return period too. I took it to the local Porsche dealer for a post purchase inspection. They determined it had a misfire in one spark plug so I paid to change all 6 plugs. It appears the previous owners while driving it less than 1000 miles per year deferred the maintenance due. I'll take of it as time allows. I am having a blast using the Boxster S as my daily driver in the meantime.
