The way these people have handled the situation is completely unacceptable and honestly makes me question whether they even represent Mercedes-Benz. They seem to be doing everything possible to create a negative impression of the company and turn loyal customers away from the Mercedes-Benz brand. I personally have owned two Mercedes-Benz S-Class vehicles before this. I was ready and willing to purchase my third S-Class, but because of the incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disrespect I experienced from these people, the entire deal fell apart. It is extremely disappointing that a company with the reputation and standards of Mercedes-Benz would allow its customers to be treated this way. More
