Service advisor Babak Vahedi was helping me. i Brought my GLA in for battery and front passenger airbag issues. Told him battery was replaced in April, 2026 and airbag was also repaired at the i Brought my GLA in for battery and front passenger airbag issues. Also mentioned that one year battery warranty require driving 10,000 miles a year. This GLA is my fourth Mercedes car (S420 C350 CLK500 GLA35 AMG). Till my last service with Mr. Vahedi, I started to regret to own Mercedes. The April invoice stated clearly the service is good for one year. The 10,000 miles was also not quite true after I research with Mercedes West Covina dealer. Mr. Vahedi also alerted to me that if the above issues came up again, he will not provide any service. Basically, I will not go to Anaheim dealer neither. More

They seem to be doing everything possible to create a negative impression of the company and turn loyal customers away from the Mercedes-Benz brand. I personally have owned two Mercedes-Benz S-Class vehicles before this. I was ready and willing to purchase my third S-Class, but because of the incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disrespect I experienced from these people, the entire deal fell apart. It is extremely disappointing that a company with the reputation and standards of Mercedes-Benz would allow its customers to be treated this way. More
