Last week, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. As always, Marco, my Service Advisor and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent in servicing my Honda Accord and I was completely happy and satisfied with their work. I had made an appointment and when I got there, Marco greeted me within minutes. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things. So pleasant and friendly! Marco always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. Marco, is truly OUTSTANDING! I went there for rear brake pads replacement based on their earlier recommendation when they replaced the front brake pads last month. I waited over there and it took about two hours for the service to be completed including a complementary multi-point inspection and a car wash. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water bottles and gourmet coffee are available. They also provide some good snacks. There is a popcorn machine so you can help yourself with warm popcorn as well while waiting. I had a chance to say hi to Al (my other great Service Advisor), Joseph and also Michael (Service Department Manager). All service advisors and staff at Poway Honda are very nice, friendly and professional. I also said hi to Gary in the Sales Department and got a quick update on the 2024 new Honda cars availability. I Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership to others. Thanks again to Marco and all Poway Honda service department staff. You all take care and have a wonderful upcoming weekend and Holiday Season!
