I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and... - zbyxl

I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and oil change. Immediately after the service, my gas mileage went down about 20%. I brought this to the attention of the Primo service manager. He completely blew me off. After about 3500 miles, I performed my own oil change, oil filter change, and air filter change. I was aghast when I saw the filth of the air filter which was obviously never touched. After performing my own service on the car, my gas mileage returned back up 20% to its normal. When I tried to bring this matter up with the Primo General Manager, I was told that there currently is no General Manager. If you go to Primo Honda you are playing with fire.

The Santa Barbara Honda Service Department recently - philipkreter

The Santa Barbara Honda Service Department recently completed my Annual Service plus additional service I requested on my 2024 Acura RDX. I can't say enough of the treatment I received from Luis Cerda my Service Advisor. He explained all that would be performed before the service started and then covered all the results of the service at time of check-out. Luis was very thorough, the price for service was exactly as he provided at the at the start. And the work was completed ahead of schedule of time as quoted. Philip Kreter

Bait and switch dealer. - skyline408

Bait and switch dealer. Made me an offer for my car, had me bring it in and wasted time just to say they cannot come close to their proposed offer. As mentioned they said my car was perfect and found no issues. They just threw out a number to get you to waste your time and get you there so they can lowball you. Every car on their lot had a "markup" package. That tells me everything I need to know about this scam dealership. Stay away!

Just tried to call and ask a quick question about an oil - Marina John

Just tried to call and ask a quick question about an oil change. After 3 different voicemail prompts and transfers, I still couldn’t reach a human being. This let me know loud and clear this dealership doesn’t care about customers.

After dropping off my vehicle the service advisor - Dustinhall209

After dropping off my vehicle the service advisor (Gabriel Ortiz) called me with the diagnosis and said the TOTAL cost of the repair would be $480, including parts. When I picked up the car the total cost was $665. He explained to me that there was an additional charge for diagnosis. I expressed my dissatisfaction with him and explained to him when he says TOTAL to someone on the phone then that should be the total. He left to call his manager and returned to tell me that the manager cant do anything about it. I highly doubt that he told the manager the real story. Even though I was lied to when he called me with the diagnosis and price. I had no choice but to pay the fee to get my car back. I feel this is a very deceptive way of doing business.

I received an offer for a 'free appraisal' while getting - smartin4251

I received an offer for a 'free appraisal' while getting my car serviced at Thurston Honda. I went over to sales and asked about the appraisal. The salesperson was extremely nosy, rude and pushy. He gave me some pathetic offer and insisted on buying the car that day. I told him several times I wasn't selling that day. He didn't listen and kept pushing.
